Use our services for lawful activities and keep your credentials, users and applications secure.

Prohibited content and conduct

Malware, phishing, fraud, spam, unauthorized access, child sexual exploitation material, unlawful threats and content that infringes others’ rights are prohibited. Evading trial limits, falsifying identities or using the service to attack other systems also constitutes abuse.

Review and action

Feliz Hosting may restrict access or suspend service to address security risks, violations of these rules or legal requirements. We review evidence and record actions. Where appropriate, we notify the customer and provide a way to respond or appeal. Urgent action may precede notification.

Reports and appeals

Include the exact address, a description and contact information in the form. For an appeal, provide the report reference and explain the correction, authorization or mistake we should review.
