This notice describes data use by the Feliz Hosting Odoo Social app.
Operator and scope
MFFeliz Hosting SRL, RNC 132999942, operates this integration to manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts authorized by Feliz Hosting. This notice supplements our general privacy policy. The app does not ask for Meta or TikTok passwords.
Data and purpose
When an account is authorized, the service may receive account or Page identifiers and names, profile details available under granted permissions, authorization credentials, posts and links, content prepared for publishing, reach and engagement metrics, and records needed to operate and protect the integration. We use this data to connect authorized accounts, prepare and publish approved content, retrieve organic results, and assess performance. For TikTok, the initial connection uses authorized profile identity and public video listings; automated TikTok publishing is not currently available. Connecting does not create ad campaigns or spending automatically.
Access, providers, and retention
Internal access is role-limited. Odoo and the private publishing service process data for these functions; Meta and TikTok process data under their own terms. We do not sell personal data. We retain data while needed for the connection, operations, security, or applicable obligations. A valid deletion request follows our deletion instructions; some records may need to be retained for legal or audit reasons.
Choices and contact
You can withdraw app access in Meta or TikTok settings and request access, correction, or deletion of data held by Feliz Hosting at [email protected] or through our contact form. Do not send passwords or tokens. We verify account authority before changing data.
