Delete social app data
Steps to stop access and request deletion of data held by Feliz Hosting.
1. Stop future access
You can remove “Feliz Hosting Odoo Social” from connected apps or business integrations in Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok settings. This stops future access, but does not by itself erase data already stored in Feliz Hosting's tool.
2. Request deletion from Feliz Hosting
Email [email protected] or open our contact form. Use “Feliz Hosting Social data deletion” as the subject and include the network, the public Page or profile URL or ID, and an email address for our reply. Do not send passwords, tokens, or identity documents in the first message.
3. Verification and response
We will verify your authority over the account and review data linked to the integration. We will remove or de-identify platform data that no longer needs to be kept and communicate the result. Records subject to legal, security, or audit duties may require limited retention. To delete posts visible on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, also use that platform's controls.
